Coordinating with the finder
What this is for
Someone has found your pet, or spotted them. This page shows you where they are and lets you talk to them.
Seeing where they are
The Rescue Map shows two pins: Rescue, where your pet was reported, and Rescuer 1, where the person who found them is.
Messaging them
Tap Coordinate to open a chat with the person who found your pet. You can arrange where and when to meet, and ask anything you need to know.
You will also receive an email
What happens next
Arrange the handover, and collect your pet. Then close the rescue. Confirming the reunion →
