Setting up takes three steps
You'll need your tag and your email address. That's all.
Scan your pet's tag
Open the camera on your phone and point it at the tag on your pet's collar. Your pet's Passport opens in your browser. You can also type the address printed on the tag.
Create your account
Enter your email address and we'll send you a link. Tap the link in the email to sign in. There's no password to remember, and no app to download.
Add your pet
Take a photo of your pet, type their name, and tap Save. That's it — your pet's Passport is ready.

Pick the one that fits. You can always come back.
If you found someone's pet
Thank you for stopping to help. Here is all you need to do.
- Scan the tag on their collar. Use your phone's camera. No app is needed.
- Check that the photo matches. You'll see the pet's name, photo, and breed. Make sure they match the pet in front of you.
- Tell their family. Tap the green button that says "My parent is not here! I'm lost." Then share your location so the family can find you.
- Stay with the pet if you can. Keep them safe and calm. Their family is on the way.
You don't need an account. You won't be asked for your personal details.
